In an oral-care category the purchase runs through a trust filter. A parent choosing what to put in a child's mouth, or an adult in pain choosing between tubes on a shelf, asks one question: who vouches for this? The brand had no answer on record. No professional endorsement, no reviews on its own site, no press. The category leader's whole shelf position was a medical endorsement. This brand's was a product photo.
A large part of the problem was the social media it was paying for. The voice was meme-led, jokes with nothing underneath. Humour earns reach, and the numbers looked healthy, but in this category reach without a validation layer hits a trust ceiling. The audience laughs, then buys the brand the professional recommended. The jokes had become the entire brand voice.
We delivered a documented, severity-ranked audit of the brand's whole digital presence in both languages, and an 18-month plan to fix it in the order that compounds: build the trust layer first, activate the unused Spanish-language advantage, then convert that trust into owned growth. Then we help execute it.
