Is there a free plan or trial?
Yes. There is a Free plan to get started at no cost, and every paid plan begins with a 1-month free trial, with no card charged until it ends. You can also prepay a year and get 2 months free (you pay for 10).
How much does Cites X cost?
Free to start, then $99/mo for a single in-house workspace, $500/mo for agencies running up to 3 client workspaces, and $1,500/mo for up to 15. Pay annually and you pay for 10 months instead of 12. All prices are in USD; you can preview another currency above, and USD is always shown.
How does annual billing save me money?
Prepay a year and you are billed for 10 months instead of 12, so two months are free. Use the toggle above to switch between monthly and annual and see the difference. Annual plans still start with the 1-month free trial.
Can I customize a plan?
Yes. Agencies can add client workspaces, seats, and campaign volume. Tell us what you need when you request access and we will shape a plan around your book of clients.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No long lock-in. Monthly plans are month to month; annual plans run for the year you prepay. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as your needs change.
Do prices change by region or currency?
Billing is in USD. The currency selector shows an approximate converted price for reference so nothing is lost in translation, but the USD figure is the one you are charged.
